Seed to Soul partners with organizations, agencies, and community programs to expand access to trauma-informed, body-based healing for veterans, people in recovery, trauma survivors, and underserved populations.
Veteran-Led • Trauma-Informed • Community-Based • Nonprofit
Many people who could benefit from trauma-informed, body-based healing are already connected to recovery programs, veteran organizations, shelters, community agencies, or other support systems.
Seed to Soul partners with those organizations to bring embodied healing into spaces where trust, relationship, and support are already being built.
Our work is designed to complement existing services — not replace them — by helping participants reconnect with awareness, regulation, choice, and self-trust.

Seed to Soul begins with relationship, fit, and clarity. Before a program is delivered, we work with each partner to understand the population served, the setting, participant needs, timing, and support structures already in place.
The goal is to create a program experience that is safe, appropriate, and aligned with the community being served.
We begin with a conversation about your organization, the people you serve, and the kind of support you are seeking.
Together, we determine whether the Embodied Healing Program is appropriate for your setting, timing, and participant needs.
We clarify schedule, location, participant referral process, group size, communication, and expectations.
Trained, trauma-informed practitioners facilitate the 8-week program in a safe, structured, body-centered format.
We gather participant feedback, attendance data, partner input, and pre/post reflections to help evaluate impact and improve future delivery.
What partners can expect
Trauma-Informed Facilitation
Delivered with attention to safety, choice, consent, pacing, and dignity.
Clear Program Structure
Partners receive program format, referral flow, expectations, and communication.
Respect for Existing Services
The program complements existing care and does not replace clinical support.
Participant-Centered Support
Participants are invited into awareness, regulation, and connection without pressure.
Simple Outcomes Tracking
Seed to Soul gathers feedback and reflections to understand program value.
Seed to Soul approaches partnership with care, professionalism, and respect for the systems already supporting participants.
The Embodied Healing Program is most supportive when participants have enough stability, willingness, and support to engage in a group-based, body-centered healing experience.
Before launching a program, Seed to Soul works with partners to consider participant fit, timing, group readiness, referral process, and available support.
✓ Participants who are open to group-based support
✓ A partner organization with a clear referral process
✓ A safe, consistent space for the program to meet
✓ Support staff or referral contacts available if needs arise
✓ Participants who can engage without active crisis requiring immediate clinical care
✓ A shared understanding that this program complements, but does not replace, existing services
Seed to Soul is building its outcomes process from the beginning. As programs are delivered, we will collect participant feedback, attendance information, pre/post reflections, and partner input to help evaluate program experience and strengthen future delivery.
Our goal is to communicate impact with honesty, care, and integrity.
